Brasserie T! symbolizes the free spirit of Executive Chef Charles-Antoine Crête who has apprenticed under owner-chef and mentor Normand Laprise. He is assisted by François Allard, Aaron Hill and André Sterling.
Vision
The concept of Brasserie T! is to offer delectable and accessible foods adapted to the ultra modern and fun architecture: perfectly mastered dishes using only seasonally fresh products, homemade charcuteries, tartars, seafood platters and other delicacies found in a typical brasserie.

Brasserie T! is at the center of the cultural district where culinary art meets the performing arts. Before, during, and after shows and on special occasions, Brasserie T! beckons with its bright interior design and sleek look. Outside, the giant T! attracts the eye while the terrace, in summer, with it’s enticing views on the dancing fountains and the big stage is a magical place during the bountiful season of Festivals.
