The vision
Reinterpreting the brasserie concept
Opened in 2010, the Brasserie T! Quartier des spectacles is the second restaurant of chef Normand Laprise and Christine Lamarche, co-owners of renowned Toqué! restaurant. Offering an accessible cuisine adapted to the ultra modern space, Brasserie T! is the restaurant of choice before or after a show at Place des Arts, during festivals or simply for wandering foodies. On the menu are perfectly mastered dishes, made with seasonally fresh and traceable produce, homemade charcuteries, tartares, seafood platters and other delicacies found in a typical brasserie.

Access to local products of small producers.

"Our motto is quality, freshness and traceability of ingredients"

In the heart of the action
Quartier des spectacles
Located on the Place des Festivals, in the Quartier des spectacles, Brasserie T! is right in the heart of the action. Indeed, this location places the restaurant right next to the Musée d'art contemporain (MAC), the OSM, the Opéra de Montréal, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens as well as the Théâtre Jean-Duceppe and the TNM (Théâtre du Nouveau Monde). Also, the Quartier des spectacles hosts over 40 events each year, including the Francos de Montréal, Festival International de Jazz de Montréal and Montréal en Lumière. Brasserie T!, with its 50-seat dining room, is thus the year-round go-to place for pre- or post-show meals. Then, come summer, a superb terrace makes it possible for customers to enjoy views of the animated interactive fountains and the festivals' main stage while eating their meal.
