Reinterpreting the concept of a brasserie

Our most loyal customers from the North Shore have been asking for it, and it's in the city of Sainte-Thérèse that the new Brasserie T! location from the Signé Toqué group has opened. The French-style brasserie restaurant from Chef Normand Laprise and his partner Christine Lamarche is ideally located in the Lower Laurentians. We offer delicious and accessible cuisine, perfectly mastered dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, homemade charcuterie, tartars, seafood dishes, and other classic brasserie fare. Any occasion is a good reason to come visit us!

The BST|2 building has been established on the former site of the Brasserie Sainte-Thérèse, a festive and iconic meeting place in the region that has marked several generations. Brasserie T! will occupy the ground floor of the uniquely designed building, in a modern and refined environment that reflects the vitality of its community.

Sainte-Thérèse, a vibrant city

Perfectly located at the intersection of highways 640 and 15, just a few minutes from the Village of Sainte-Thérèse where you'll find shops, nightlife, performance venues, and student life, this new location fits perfectly with the vibrant neighbourhood. Designed by the architectural firm Alain Carle, the restaurant can accommodate around 90 guests in a chic and contemporary decor. Whether seated at the bar, a banquette, the outdoor patio, or one of the restaurant's tables, customers can watch the team in action in an impressive setting.
